Your role, your daily life with usYour mission will be to market our solutions to our public clients in French-speaking Switzerland, ensuring constant proximity to our clientele and expanding our reach across the territory. You will be responsible for detecting and qualifying the needs of clients and prospects, while ensuring commercial follow-up on projects and maintaining long-term client relationships. Your role will also include managing meetings with our clients, closely coordinating with our technical service. You will need to establish trust and close relationships with clients. You will participate in the implementation and execution of commercial campaigns, working in concert with various teams within the company. Among other tasks, you will prepare and send quotes, technical documents, and respond to client inquiries by mail and email. You will also be responsible for sending email marketing campaigns to promote our new offers to our portfolio. Working closely with the entire team, you will collaborate with managers and members of the Management for common goals. You will be involved in responding to calls for tenders, from compiling and writing the files to estimating proposals. Moreover, you will actively participate in planning to steer the team's activities towards long-term objectives, as well as in the development of new ideas to improve our internal procedures, and your contribution to ongoing project management will be crucial, both at the level of internal processes and client experience. Prospecting and acquiring new clients will be an integral part of your daily activities, alongside managing commercial actions and decision-makers for our prospecting initiatives. You will also need to define prospects and qualify the database to ensure a targeted follow-up.Your skills Regarding your profile, you have a solid experience in B2B sales, with at least five years in the public sector. Your in-depth knowledge of public institutions, especially at the municipal level, and your excellent network will be key to your ability to understand client needs, and your communication skills are well-established. You possess excellent verbal and written skills, and you are flexible to make frequent travels in French-speaking Switzerland. With a charismatic presence, you know how to create trusting relationships.
