ARTISET is the umbrella organization for service providers for people in need of support. Together with its industry associations CURAVIVA, INSOS and YOUVITA, the association is committed to some 1,000 institutions that care for and support more than 100,000 elderly people, people with disabilities, as well as children and adolescents.Project Manager Public Policy 80-100%Your tasksThe Public Policy division is responsible for representing the political interests of the ARTISET umbrella organization and its industry associations CURAVIVA, INSOS and YOUVITA at the federal and intercantonal level. To complete our collegially managed team, we are looking for a person with a conceptual mindset for the following areas of activity, starting September 1st or by agreement:- Project management at the federal and intercantonal level for the representation of political interests, in particular the participation in legislative processes with a focus on disability policy and child and youth welfare- Monitoring, analysis and processing of public policy files- Drafting of position papers within the framework of consultation procedures and political dossiers- Active maintenance of relationships with various stakeholders- Support for opinion-forming processes and provision of specialist advice within the association for the development and implementation of policyYour profile- Solid knowledge of social policy and social insurance law- Experience in political interest representation and lobbying, particularly at the federal level- Experience in project management; knowledge of political campaigning is an advantage- Skills in communication, networking and negotiation, both orally and in writing in German and French; knowledge of Italian is an asset- Higher professional degree or university degree in political science, social sciences or lawOur offerWe offer you a varied and stimulating field of activity where you can apply your skills, your conceptual talents and your expertise.
