Psychogeriatric Activity Leader (M/F)
Job Description
Participate in organising, implementing and leading activities adapted to residents (games, creative workshops, cognitive activities, outings, individual and group activities)
Promote social connection, cognitive stimulation and residents’ well-being on a daily basis
Support residents respecting their abilities, pace and wishes
Encourage participation, expression and maintenance of residents’ autonomy through the proposed activities
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and personalised support
Contribute to maintaining a friendly, caring and dynamic atmosphere within the establishment

Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and personalised support

Profile sought
Training as a sociocultural activity leader, ASE, medical-psychological assistant or equivalent training essential
Experience in nursing homes, geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics preferred
Strong interest in supporting and promoting the well-being of elderly people
Dynamism, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
Good listening skills, empathy and adaptability
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
Driving licence and vehicle an advantage
Experience in nursing homes, geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics preferred
Strong interest in supporting and promoting the well-being of elderly people
Dynamism, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills

We offer you
from 4500 CHF to 5800 CHF per MONTH + Parking.
