Psychiatrist (m/f/d) 50-100%
Your missions:
As a Psychiatrist within the CNP, you will play a key role in the organisation and quality of the care offered:
Supervise and participate in all activities of the medical management of the service
Develop plans and programmes necessary to achieve the objectives defined by the medical management and the department
Organise collaboration and multidisciplinary work with the CNP's external partners
Actively participate in the updating and development of diagnostic and therapeutic methods in the psychiatric field
Contribute to the institution's research activity
Develop a direct and continuous clinical practice with patients
Your profile:
Our client is looking for a committed individual with strong professional and interpersonal skills.
Required qualifications:
FMH postgraduate specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, or an equivalent title recognised by MEBEKO
Initial experience in a psychiatrist position, senior registrar or equivalent
Expected skills:
Spirit of interdisciplinary teamwork and networking
Strong leadership and planning skills
Negotiation skills and flexibility
Good listening skills and collegial spirit
