Almaval is a mental health care center. Our teams consist of professionals with diverse profiles, convinced that professionalism, collective work, sharing of skills, and passion can support the establishment of therapies genuinely adapted to the particular needs of each individual. Almaval aims to provide an environment where everyone can find the resources to develop individually and work on their well-being, both in the context of new projects concerning care for adults and elderly people in the Léman region, at our sites in Morges, Crissier, Vevey, Lausanne, or Geneva. We are looking for a psychotherapist FMH X variable (at least 50% desired) within a center that offers infrastructure and equipment for the position: care for acute psychological disorders and responsibility as a framework physician in team management, team supervision, and involvement in professional and judicial projects, with the possibility of conducting expert assessments if desired. Required profile: physician with a specialization title as a psychotherapist FMH (titles recognized by MEBEKO are also accepted), physician with the right to practice in the canton of Vaud and/or Geneva (or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss ISFM center), physician able to bill under AOS regulations, excellent conduct of psychotherapeutic interviews, proactive in project development according to their ambitions and skills, excellent command of French, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus, knowledge in psychopharmacology, team spirit for interdisciplinary work, desire to work quickly & efficiently.
