Psychiatric Nurses

Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed

Work rate and location:

• Fixed-term contract 60% + hours at the EPSM Sans Souci in Mont-sur-Rolle
• Permanent contract 80% at the EPSM Praz-Séchaud 2 in Lausanne

Your mission:

• Support people suffering from psychiatric disorders
• Be committed to developing a holistic relationship, strengthening people’s empowerment, valuing, integrating and recognising the importance of the meaning given by the person to their health experience, and co-creating an environment favourable to their recovery and stability
• Work in a dynamic environment and a pleasant atmosphere, allowing for varied activities
• Build rehabilitation and reintegration projects in partnership with residents and their network

You are:

• A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science in nursing (or equivalent qualification)
• A motivated nurse eager to uphold the establishment’s values, autonomous and capable of adopting an embodied stance to best support people in psychological distress with kindness and respect
• A flexible person who enjoys working in a setting where creativity is paramount
• A person motivated by interdisciplinary work
