Your responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, covering preventive, curative, palliative aspects as well as educational support
• Analyse situations with relevance, apply clinical judgement and contribute to daily organisation
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and quality care
• Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of individualised therapeutic projects
• Engage in the continuous improvement of care practices
• Be attentive to the needs of residents, their families and your colleagues, combining professionalism and empathy

Your profile:

• Bachelor in nursing or CFC of ASSC, with experience or strong interest in psychiatry
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in adult psychiatry
• Good command of common IT tools
• Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written
