Our search is for our CMS for a Nurse at 80% CMS of Yverdon-West: a position at 80% CMS X: a position at 80% Your mission As a proxy nurse, your role involves an advanced mastery of specific skills: Quality of interventions: Contribute with your specialized skills to optimize the quality of interventions to meet care needs: Respond effectively to healthcare needs by providing physical and interdisciplinary health care: Work closely with the entire network (CMS team, caregivers, doctors, partners) to ensure appropriate care. Profile You hold a nursing degree HES or an equivalent title, strengthened by 2 years of experience, preferably in home care; you are versatile, attentive, and autonomous; possess excellent skills and show a strong interest in home care.
