The Caisse de prévoyance du Canton du Valais (CPVAL) is a public law institution serving the Canton and affiliated institutions. Based in Sion, the CPVAL (active members and pensioners) is a key player in the field of pension funds. As part of its activities, the CPVAL is looking for a PENSION MANAGER.Your main missions:Responsibility. Assume all activities of the pension sector of the Fund.Lead the pension sector team (6 people) and guarantee technical, actuarial, and legal support, and coordinate work with the occupational pension expert.Monitor the proper application of regulatory provisions and verify their compliance with legal requirements as well as case law in the field.Ensure follow-up with various partners to develop management tools, interfaces, and the insured portal.Ensure communication with insured persons, pensioners, affiliated employers, the expert, and the Fund's bodies.ProfileYou hold a university degree (economics or law) or equivalent (diploma as pension fund manager or occupational pension expert).Experience. You have experience in the field of social insurance and in-depth knowledge in the field of occupational pensions.Management. You are recognized for your ability to motivate and unite a team, with a firm decision-making spirit and an aptitude for developing the potential of your employees.Social skills. You demonstrate an excellent sense of service and possess good communication skills. You know how to maintain relationships of trust with various stakeholders.Project management. Your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities and stress allow you to adopt a strategic vision while remaining agile and responsive. Leading development projects is familiar to you.Languages.
