Prosecutors also judge criminal proceedings referred to them by order, subject to cases of referral to the Court or divestment. Prosecutors also perform tasks related to representation before the prosecution authority. To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Management of the Prosecutor's agenda- Reception of telephone calls and contacts at the counter- Monitoring of criminal cases in the database- Management of criminal cases (constitution and maintenance of judicial files)- Establishing contacts with the Cantonal Police and with other authorities or participants in the proceedings- Mail management and typing from dictation or independently- Attendance at hearings with direct entry of minutes- Preparation of requests and judgment extracts for the criminal record (system)Desired profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent- Proficiency in MS environment tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
