Property ManagerWe are looking for our 360° property manager for our agency.Profile:- Holder of a CFC (Federal VET Diploma) as a HVAC technician, in building construction, and specific experience within a property management firm; Federal Diploma of Property Manager is welcome.- You have solid experience (at least 5 years).- You possess good stress resistance and good priority management.- You are organized, rigorous, methodical, and conscientious.- You are able to work quickly and autonomously.- You possess knowledge of tenancy law and have good general knowledge of building technology.- You have perfect command of written French.- You have perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite.Your mission:- Ensure excellent relationships with our owners and our socio-economic partners.- Ensure the proper technical maintenance of the buildings, plan the execution, and ensure the follow-up of the work.- Establish minutes, building monitoring reports under management, as well as a general annual assessment of their condition and compliance with rules and customs as well as safety standards.- Establish an annual general assessment of the buildings.- Inform, reassure, and accompany tenants regarding all interventions having an impact on their well-being; manage preliminary and final move-in/move-out inspections.- Establish calls for tenders and quotes; ensure the receipt, follow-up, and proper payment of invoices.- Manage building claims.- Manage the activities of your portfolio and the follow-up of building concierge services.Activity rate: 100%Are you interested in this position?
