Property ManagerWe manage significant institutional real estate portfolios located in the canton of Geneva and wish to strengthen our department by hiring a Property Manager.In addition to managing a portfolio of mixed-use buildings, you will ensure the implementation of owner directives and act as the primary contact for investors and all other partners in the real estate sector.In a demanding, lively, and spontaneous environment, your strengths include a good dose of social skills, proven expertise, and exemplary interpersonal skills. Your writing proficiency is well-established. You are also driven by an excellent team spirit and have a sense of priorities and responsibilities.Job Description:- Proactive management of relationships with owners, tenants, as well as artisans and contractors.- Supervision of activities related to administration and technical management, in collaboration with a junior manager and an assistant, with reinforced support in tasks during periods of high activity.- Continuous monitoring of the real estate portfolio, with follow-up on vacant units and administrative processes.- Technical management of buildings, including management of maintenance contracts, recruitment and supervision of caretakers, claims management, planning and monitoring of work, as well as validation of invoices and compliance with budgets.- Management of premises and complete handling of move-in and move-out procedures.Profile:- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or an equivalent title and the Federal Diploma of Property Manager, you have successful and confirmed experience of at least [X] years in a similar position.- You have very good technical knowledge of buildings, Swiss tenancy law, and accounting.- You speak and write French perfectly, you understand German and can hold a simple conversation.- Your sense of service is recognized, as well as your team spirit, your good writing ability, and your organizational skills.- Comfortable with standard tools, you work with rigor and in perfect autonomy.- Knowledge of the Garaio-Rem system is an asset.- You hold a driver's license and possess a private vehicle.We offer a high-quality workplace within a renowned company, at the forefront of the industry, evolving in a very pleasant setting, near the train station.If you meet the required profile and are determined to join an enthusiastic and dynamic team, please send us your complete application (CV with photo, cover letter, copies of certificates and diplomas, and references).
