Our teams undertake various, demanding, and high-value-added missions, requiring innovative approaches throughout the asset lifecycle. As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our team in our charge statement competence center in Lausanne.Property Manager FM - Charge Statement 80 - 100%Your responsibilities- Preparation of charge statements for the buildings in your real estate portfolio, as well as advising and supporting clients in this area.- Update of the base data/documents necessary for annual charge statements, ensuring compliance with processes and anticipating deadlines.- Contribution to measurement concepts and support for project management.- Analysis of processes and proposals for continuous improvement.- Support and consultancy for clients.Your profile and qualifications- Professional qualification (CFC) in commercial management or equivalent, with a strong affinity for the real estate field, accounting, and numbers, eager to develop quickly internally towards more responsibilities.- Continuous development in the real estate field or a desire to advance in this area.- Good command of MS Office 365 programs, capable of working autonomously, structured, and precisely with a strong client orientation.- Experience in supporting and guiding clients.- Dynamic person with a proactive approach wishing to develop in the field of real estate/facility management in a challenging context.- Good knowledge of German (ideally B2 is a plus).We thank you for your interest and look forward to receiving your application. jid68080b8aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
