Property Manager 100% H/FWe are currently seeking for one of our clients based in Lausanne, a Property Manager 100%, whose mission will be to manage a portfolio of buildings located in the Lausanne region. You will work with a small team (3 people).MISSION DESCRIPTIONYour main tasks will be as follows:- Ensure the overall management of a property portfolio (technical and financial),- Maintain quality relationships with owners and partners,- Coordinate the activities of management and technical management with your team,- Monitor key metrics: vacancy rate, portfolio performance,- Supervise the maintenance of buildings, maintenance work, and claims management,- Oversee and control work, budgets, and invoices,- Guarantee the reliability of accounts (management, heating),- Manage complexes and represent the interests of the owner,- Support and train the team.Ideal profile:- 4-6 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland,- Excellent knowledge of lease law and building technology, federal diploma is a plus,- Strong organizational skills and rigor, service-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills,- Comfortable with standard tools,- Excellent command of French both written and spoken,- Driving license and vehicle are essential.Want to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and structured environment?
