Property Manager 360° (m/f/d)

Tasks
  • Complete management of a mixed property portfolio
  • Preparation of market analyses
  • Ensuring the rental of properties (vacancy management)
  • Negotiation, drafting and monitoring of leases
  • Condition reports of commercial properties
  • Organisation, management and execution of maintenance work
  • Technical monitoring of the portfolio
  • Written and oral contact with tenants, companies, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
  • Management of debtors and creditors
  • Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
  • Preparation of requests to owners
  • Preparation of reports
  • Preparation of buyer/seller statements
  • Preparation of budgets with responsibility for results
  • Personnel management and supervision of caretakers
  • Representation of owners before authorities


Requirements
  • Commercial training (CFC)
  • Property manager certificate is a real advantage
  • Significant experience in property management / proficiency with IT tools
  • (GREM) and common software (MS Office, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of regional markets
  • Organisational skills and good interpersonal competence
  • Experience in team management
  • Valid driving licence with private car
