Property Management Manager (m/f/d)

• Various administrative and technical tasks of property management
• Relocation (management of vacancies) including property viewings with interested parties
• Preparation of leases
• Conducting property inspections
• Preparation of final tenant statements
• Collaboration in handling debtors and creditors
• Contacts with tenants, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
• All tasks inherent to the day-to-day operation of a building
• Verification of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Support for the manager

• A commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification
• Successful experience in property management in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
• Good command of common computer software (MS Office, possibly REM)
• Responsible, dynamic and responsive, organised and methodical
• Respect for the client and a service-oriented attitude
• Language: perfect French
• Valid driving licence and private vehicle required
