Furer SA wishes to strengthen the property management team located in Vevey by welcoming a:Property Management Assistant at 100%Your responsibilities:- Draft lease agreements and establish amendments in coordination with the property manager;- Schedule property inspections in agreement with the property manager and prepare files;- Follow up on the processing of current requests;- Implement advertising processes for the rental of vacant or terminated properties and follow up on application files;- Schedule property inspections in agreement with the property manager and prepare files;- Ensure communication with owners and caretakers;- Establish purchase orders for current maintenance and prepare invoices for approval by the property manager.Your profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee, ideally in a property management company;- First successful experience in property management within a company in Switzerland;- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;- Mastery of standard tools, (Quorum is a plus);- Good comprehension, organizational, and analytical skills;- Precise, proactive, rigorous, and autonomous;- Pleasant character with a good team spirit;- Swiss national or holder of a valid work permit.We offer:- A diversified activity in a company in full development;- A dynamic work environment touching on different areas of real estate;- A pleasant workplace in a well-established agency in the heart of Vevey;- A salary corresponding to your skills and performance;- 5 weeks of vacation;- Flexible working hours.Integrity, performance, and dynamism are the qualities of spirit that animate all of our employees.
