For one of our clients, we are looking for a Back-Office Insurance Administrator, Property and Casualty Insurance, and Personal Insurance on a permanent, 100% basis, based in Geneva. The person will join the insurance management department.Our client is a well-established organization active in insurance and pension brokerage within the insurance management department.- Management and monitoring of the insurance portfolio for corporate and private clients.- Processing of all lines of insurance (offers, proposals, policies, provisional coverage, final statements, premium notices, reminders).- Analysis of all lines of insurance coverage, requests for offers, risk placement, renewal management, preparation of calls for tenders.- Preparation of calls for tenders and comparative tables for all lines with partner insurance companies.- Filing and scanning of documents.- Management of incoming mail and internal email inboxes.- Processing and filing of files in the systems.- Various management tasks related to clients.- Liaison with other internal departments for office life.- CFC in commercial employment or equivalent.- Federal Diploma in insurance, FINMA registered.- Similar experience within an insurance broker and/or an insurance company in Switzerland.- Good knowledge of corporate and private lines, Property and Casualty, and Personal insurance.- Good command of the MS Office suite and insurance software programs.- Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written.- Proficiency in another language.- Dynamic, rigorous, and organized.- Resistance to stress and autonomy.- Start date immediately or to be agreed upon.Conditions and BenefitsOur client offers a permanent 100% position with competitive conditions within a growing environment, surrounded by experienced professionals and a stable team.
