For our offices in Geneva or Lausanne, the Qualibroker Swiss group, specialists in property insurance, is looking for a: Property Insurance Specialist. You provide high-level technical support in the management of property claims (buildings, property, technical, liability, etc.). You ensure rigorous management of claims requiring specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and teams. You are regularly in direct contact with our prospects and clients, whether in person, via video conference, or by phone. You are also a cross-functional reference for your colleagues on complex cases, participate in training, and contribute to the skills development of the teams. You are capable of working both in French and English, orally and in writing.Key Responsibilities:Claims Management- Independently manage claims in the relevant lines of business.- Coordinate claims with companies, businesses, and clients.- Ensure the follow-up of claims / proactive reminders and support our clients with insurance companies.- Manage, verify, and transmit documents from insurance companies and clients.- Verify the accuracy of settlements.- Advise clients by phone and/or email.- Manage claims and our local policies.- Ensure client technical support.- Guarantee the quality and documentary traceability.- Present claims audits to clients.- Update our tools (Brokers, M-Files, Power BI, etc.) according to directives.- Other tasks upon request.Cross-functional Support & Expertise- Provide technical support to internal management teams on complex claims cases.- Support those involved during audits, specific missions, or meetings.- Participate in the drafting of management and collective solutions.- Be a recognized contact for companies, experts, and partners.- Assist client advisors.- Ensure coverage based on claims experience.- Gather necessary documents, establish calls for tenders, and develop coverage in support of those involved.Knowledge Transfer- Contribute to the transmission of knowledge through seminars or internal training.- Participate in technical training for clients or prospects.Your Profile:- Higher education in insurance or equivalent, with AFA (or willing to obtain it within 18 months).- Proven experience in managing property claims.- Proficiency in office tools and insurance management software (e.g., Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.).- Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, meticulousness, and autonomy.- Comfort and a sense of teamwork.- Very good command of French and English.Work Location: Geneva or LausanneWhy join us?You will evolve in a stimulating environment, working on complex and high-value cases, within an expert team.
