Well-established in Geneva, we are a medium-sized real estate management company that manages properties in the free and subsidized sectors on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, condominiums, pension funds, municipalities, etc.We are looking for a Property ManagerYour responsibilities- Management of a mixed portfolio of properties with the owners related to aspects of management and Geneva lease law;- Search for tenants and updating lists;- Preparation of various lease agreements, amendments, official notices, correspondence;- Preparation of various calculations for rent increases and decreases (additional landlord costs, admissible yield, etc.) under the supervision of the manager;- Management and processing of current, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance;- Management and processing of all disputes (rent, defects of the leased property, etc.) in collaboration and under the supervision of the manager;- Representation of the owner before the CCBL with the manager;- Monthly analysis of leases and vacancies;- Establishment of target rents and the strategy for the properties (type of lease, duration, etc.);- Development of properties under the supervision of the steering department and/or the manager;- Maintenance of various reports related to the function and participation in commercial meetings.Profile- Commercial training or equivalent USPI/APGCI, a plus;- Federal Diploma in Property Management, a plus;- Minimum 5 years in an equivalent position;- Mastery of lease law.Language- French, perfect command of oral and written communication.Required skills- Communication and writing skills;- Interpersonal skills, helpfulness, team spirit, positive attitude, and sense of service;- Ability to resist stress, priority management, and versatility;- Responsiveness, rigor, precision, and autonomy;- Mastery of IT tools (Office, Quorum, etc.).Start date- As soon as possibleActivity rate- Between 80% and 100%Does this new adventure spark your interest?We invite you to send us your complete application file (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, and work certificates).We look forward to reviewing your application. jid775eab9aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
