The Court of Audit of the Republic and Canton of GenevaAuditor at 100%The Court of Audit of the Republic and Canton of Geneva is looking for an:Auditor at 100%A unique opportunity to contribute to the audit of the financial statements of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.As an auditor, you will join a team of qualified young professionals dedicated to audit missions and placed under the responsibility of a lead auditor. You will have the opportunity to benefit from internal and external training as well as supervision designed to support your development.Tasks- Participate in the audit of the accounts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva and its various departments and meet the key stakeholders involved;- Perform audit procedures, supervised by other team members;- Draft reports to improve the financial management processes of the State;- Participate in management audits and respond to alerts received by the Court of Audit.Profile- Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics (university degree, HEG or equivalent);- Interest in the auditing profession and financial processes;- Excellent command of standard tools and interest in data analysis and writing processes;- Critical and analytical mind;- Excellent synthesis capacity;- Willing, persevering, proactive, flexible and stress-resistant;- Good team spirit;- Interest in the public sector in Switzerland and good knowledge of German: an asset.About the Court of AuditThe Court of Audit is the body responsible for auditing the accounts of the State. It issues an annual audit report on the individual and consolidated financial statements of the Republic and Canton of Geneva. It is also responsible for the independent and autonomous control of public entities or those subsidized by the canton or municipalities and for the evaluation of public policies.
