Responsibilities


  • Technical and disciplinary
    management of an International Purchasing Team in Project Purchasing

  • Purchasing support for complex
    customer and product development projects

  • Implementation and support of
    specified strategic purchasing projects

  • Conducting price negotiations
    and concluding framework and project agreements

  • Close collaboration with the
    purchasing departments of the international FAULHABER subsidiaries

  • Taking on operational ordering
    and procurement tasks as required

  • Collaboration on the
    Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System



Profile


  • Completed degree in
    mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering industrial
    engineering, or comparable

  • Several years of professional
    experience in technical project purchasing

  • Experience in an international
    environment and knowledge of supplier development and process optimization

  • Initial management experience
    or proven aptitude for assuming team responsibility

  • Willingness to travel
    internationally to our company locations and suppliers is required

  • Strong cost awareness,
    negotiation skills, and strong communication skills

  • Very good English skills, good
    German and Italian skills
