Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary
management of an International Purchasing Team in Project Purchasing - Purchasing support for complex
customer and product development projects - Implementation and support of
specified strategic purchasing projects - Conducting price negotiations
and concluding framework and project agreements - Close collaboration with the
purchasing departments of the international FAULHABER subsidiaries - Taking on operational ordering
and procurement tasks as required - Collaboration on the
Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System
Profile
- Completed degree in
mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering industrial
engineering, or comparable - Several years of professional
experience in technical project purchasing - Experience in an international
environment and knowledge of supplier development and process optimization - Initial management experience
or proven aptitude for assuming team responsibility - Willingness to travel
internationally to our company locations and suppliers is required - Strong cost awareness,
negotiation skills, and strong communication skills - Very good English skills, good
German and Italian skills
