Main Purpose of Job


Manage product/process/system projects from initial studies to full completion, utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices to ensure successful completion of projects/programs within the function. Communicate with customers and stakeholders (including steering committee), internal and external, on an on-going basis to review project scope and provide status updates, coordinate/manage resources and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables. Maintain the relationship with external suppliers.

Education/Learning Experiences                                  

- College/University Degree in Engineering or Science or Industry-related Discipline or equivalent

MBA is a plus"                                                           

- 3 years of leading R&D/Operations/Innovation functions

- Delivered & led 2 to 4 large projects end to end (high risk, all new technology, cross-functional teams, strategically important to the company):

- 3 years of communicating, presenting and influencing at all levels of the organization
