About the positionAs part of its development, our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the management of projects within a demanding banking environment. Within a dynamic environment, you will take charge of several projects simultaneously and ensure their end-to-end management, in collaboration with the various internal teams and stakeholders.Project ManagerYour missions:- Ensure the monitoring and management of several projects simultaneously.- Define priorities, develop schedules, and ensure the monitoring of project progress.- Coordinate exchanges between the various stakeholders to ensure effective communication.- Ensure compliance with deadlines, the quality of deliverables, and the set objectives.- Identify risks, anticipate potential blocking points, and propose adapted solutions.- Lead follow-up meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure regular reporting.- Support teams and clients throughout the different stages of the projects.- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management methods and processes.Profile- You have confirmed experience in project management and have already worked on deployment, transformation, or organization projects.- You are capable of managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating different stakeholders.- Experience in the banking, financial sector, or in a regulated environment is a real asset.- You are recognized for your sense of organization, your rigor, and your excellent communication skills.- You are proficient in English in a professional context; knowledge of French is an asset.- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is appreciated. jid0c5bc63aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
