Service for the Protection of Adults and YouthProject Manager at 60% (2-year fixed-term contract)Service for the Protection of Adults and Youth (SPAJ)The missions of the SPAJ consist of ensuring the prevention, promotion, and protection of youth and supporting adults in difficulty. The service develops and finances the care of children and guarantees the well-being of placed children while financially supporting extra-familial care structures and specialized institutions.MissionsYou will join the team of project managers in the Personnel and Projects sector (PPS), within which you will lead and implement projects related to the various missions of the SPAJ, mainly within the framework of the future public policy for childhood and youth (PEJ).Under the supervision of the head of the Youth, Childhood, and Parenthood Unit (UJEP) and the head of the Child Protection Office (OPE), you will ensure the coordination and transversal management of all work related to this project.In this capacity, you will structure and draft key deliverables such as the preliminary draft, constitutional anchoring, political report, initial draft law, as well as summaries and notes intended for decision-making bodies, by integrating the needs of stakeholders. You will analyze political and field issues to ensure the relevance of the proposed measures. Furthermore, you will play a central liaison role between the various project bodies and with external partners. While coordinating exchanges with the person in charge of communication, you will organize, prepare, facilitate, and ensure rigorous follow-up of the working groups and meetings necessary for the success of the project.ProfileHolder of a higher education degree in political science, law, social work, or an equivalent field, you have confirmed experience of at least five years in the management of institutional or public projects. Specific experience in the field of childhood and youth constitutes a major asset. You master the exercise of legal and political drafting, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and know how to communicate with ease to varied interlocutors. Comfortable with cantonal mechanisms, you are capable of coordinating complex projects. Rigorous and autonomous, you know how to prioritize tasks within a defined timeframe.
