Description

Arsco SA is a company active in the management and operation of school, sports and leisure infrastructures (swimming pools, ice rinks, public buildings and technical equipment). As part of its development, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead various projects contributing to the evolution and performance of our facilities.

Your mission As the internal representative of the client, you ensure the management of strategic projects related to our infrastructures, equipment and activities. You work on construction and renovation projects as well as on transformation, technical, energy or organisational optimisation projects.

You are the key contact between management, users, external contractors and institutional partners.

Project Management

  • Manage projects in their entirety: studies, tenders, execution, commissioning and post-project follow-up.
  • Lead construction, renovation, transformation and modernisation projects of infrastructures.
  • Participate in the development of new equipment, services or activities.
  • Identify the needs of users, municipalities and stakeholders.

Technical and Financial Management

  • Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and performance indicators.
  • Facilitate project meetings (steering committees, working groups, contractors).
  • Defend Arsco’s interests with contractors, companies and suppliers.
  • Analyse and challenge proposed technical solutions (HVAC, plumbing, electricity, BMS, security, energy efficiency, etc.).
  • Control quotes, offers, invoices and participate in financial arbitrations.

Development and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and manage energy and environmental optimisation projects.
  • Participate in the digitalisation and improvement of processes related to infrastructure operation.
  • Contribute to defining the investment and development strategy of the equipment.
  • Ensure technical and regulatory monitoring.

Governance and Communication

  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and safety requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting to management, the Board of Directors and committees.
  • Collaborate closely with operational, technical and administrative teams.

Your Profile

  • Training as a project manager, engineer, architect, construction economist or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing complex projects.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructures, technical equipment or real estate asset management.
  • Experience on the client side, engineering office, general contractor or infrastructure operator.
  • Good understanding of technical, financial and operational issues.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss context (standards, public procurement, procedures) is an asset.
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, rigour and results orientation.
