It also advises on ethical issues in research and supports ethical approval processes. Additionally, the office manages large research projects, research funding schemes, and mobility a Project Manager within the Programme, your primary responsibility will be to manage several large research funding schemes ( calls for proposals) and/or research duties and responsibilitiesUnder the direct supervision of the head of the Programme, you will manage and implement research funding programmes and/or research projects, from of the project, through and main responsibilities will include the following:- Defining the research funding programme, prepare call documents, launch the calls for proposals, perform ethics checks, the and selection process, follow up on (scientific and financial) reporting requirements and payments.- Managing research projects/consortia and among consortium partners, with a focus on overall financial reporting, and timely and high-quality of the deliverables of the project as well as compliance with ethics, EPFL institutional policies and funder closely with faculty members, central services, donors and internal/external stakeholders and call applicants.- Contributing to transversal activities of the Research Office and supporting team unit managers as required.Profile- Master s degree (or equivalent).- Experience in grant management and/or research funding programmes.- Experience in project and project management skills and an interest in providing high quality support.- Numerical and budgeting skills.- Experience in developing activities.- Solution oriented approach, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of levels.- Ability to work proactively and autonomously, while well within a team.- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and offerMulticultural and professional environmentPleasant and working hiring conditionsContinuing training and development according to the requirements of theStart : Not earlier than September 1stActivity : 80,00Contract Type: 1 year, renewable jid58c2f29aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
