Project ManagerJob DescriptionAre you passionate about professional orientation and networking?This project manager position offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to professional orientation and to collaborate with both school stakeholders and professional environments.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of a Deputy Director General of the DGEO, initiate, structure, lead, coordinate, and ensure follow-up until the implementation of projects related to the professional orientation of all students in compulsory education (EO).Ensure the monitoring of all projects in which the DGEO is involved.Actively participate in the VALFORPRO commission as well as any event related to professional orientation.Propose a distribution of funding and budgets and ensure their monitoring.For more information, please consult the job description by clicking here.University degree in a field useful for the position is desired.Experience in research and expertise on orientation issues is desired.8 years of professional experience in the field of professional orientation and 5 years of experience in project management.High knowledge of the Swiss initial vocational training system.High knowledge of the compulsory education system of the canton of Vaud.Awareness of the responsibilities and ethics of public service, capacity for analysis and flexibility, listening skills and global vision, sense of perspective, mastery of stress management, customer service orientation, spirit of mutual aid, and team spirit.WHO ARE WE?The General Directorate of Compulsory Education and Specialized Pedagogy (DGEO) ensures the schooling of children from 4 to 15 years old and the specialized pedagogy services for young people from 0 to 20 years old.
