To strengthen our teams and support management, we are looking for a Project Manager (%) Your mission: In a context of strong growth, we want to enhance our project management capacity, particularly in the areas of quality and performance. The project manager is responsible for structuring, coordinating, and supporting cross-functional projects with a strong impact, aimed at improving the overall performance as well as the quality of the services provided to patients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities: Define objectives, deliverables, performance metrics, and resources needed for projects and sub-projects. Evaluate the impact and risks of projects. Build and maintain project plans (scheduling, budgeting, risks), support and guide internal and external teams involved. Propose and implement proven change management methods. Organize and facilitate project meetings, technical committees, and steering committees. Ensure progress tracking and reporting to management and regulatory and quality compliance officers. What sets you apart: Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in project management (classical and agile methods) and a mastery of modern management tools. Very good IT knowledge (MS 365, MS Project, common tools). Good knowledge of the healthcare and/or medical diagnostics sector. Strong orientation towards clients and stakeholders. Personal and social skills: rigor, sense of responsibility and reliability. Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without a clear hierarchical link, and teaching skills.
