Our client specializes in the layout of workspaces. To support its growth, we are looking for a: Project Manager - Workspace Layout (M/F) RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the management team, your missions will be to ensure the technical, aesthetic, and financial success of your projects. Your tasks will include: - Managing various sites (offices, shops, villas) throughout the canton of Geneva, Vaud, and potentially elsewhere - Conceptualizing: Translating client needs into concepts, creating execution plans and descriptive documents - Managing: Budgets, requests for quotes, offer analysis - Project management: On-site coordination, leading site meetings, and ensuring quality control - Client follow-up: As a key contact for the project owner, you will also manage regular reporting to ensure strict adherence to deadlines Requirements: - Architect, Interior Designer, or ES Technician in project management - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in project management or works supervision in Switzerland, with a good understanding of the local economic landscape - Technical Skills: Excellent mastery of AutoCAD (or similar software), the Office Suite, and Swiss construction standards (SIA) - Language: Fluent French.
