Our client, a major player in the Jura Arc, is strengthening its Purchasing, Support & Infrastructures department and is looking for an experienced Project Manager (M/F) to lead complex building transformation and multi-technical infrastructure projects.

HES Engineer, ES Technician or equivalent experience in building techniques / construction
Experience in civil engineering: a valued asset
Minimum 10 years of experience in preliminary studies, transformation or renovation of structures
Excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, ability to take a step back
Ease in coordinating multidisciplinary teams Analyse the existing situation: technical, energy, regulatory and functional diagnostics of buildings
Define the transformation strategy: strategic orientations, environmental, economic issues and future uses
Manage feasibility studies: technical, financial, environmental, programming of needs
Coordinate contributors: architects, engineers, consulting firms, industry specialists
Develop specifications: consultation files, contractual documents, calls for tenders
