Position open to a junior profile with high potential or an excellent storist (assembler) ready to evolve towards project management.

Main tasks
The position is 100% technical (no commercial prospecting required):

Site management and monitoring: Supervision of projects from A to Z in Geneva.
Field management: Monitoring and supervising assembly teams.
Client relations: Main contact for clients and architects for work follow-up.
Crisis management: Resolving unforeseen issues (managing delays, deadlines, and technical disputes).
Technical: Reading plans.

Profile sought

Two types of profiles can perfectly fit this position:

1. The "Evolution" profile
You are an excellent storist, recognised for your technical mastery and field experience. You now wish to evolve towards a project management role, while retaining your professional expertise.

2. The "Young project manager" profile
You are a young project manager with good technical foundations and wish to develop your skills. You are motivated to learn the company’s working methods and internal tools.

Required skills:

• Excellent mastery of plan reading, mainly on AutoCAD (drawing creation is not required).
• Good proficiency with computer tools (training will be provided on the company’s internal software).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigour, organisation, and ability to manage stressful or urgent situations.

Training:

Comprehensive internal support and training are planned to compensate for lack of project management experience.
