In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of a complex, multi\-stakeholder project. You will not lead the technical workstream but will play a critical role in driving structure, alignment, and delivery across all contributors.

Missions
Develop and maintain a detailed project workplan, ensuring alignment with governance timelines and key milestones
Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of all contributions
Organise and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and high\-level interactions
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership and governance forums
Draft and consolidate documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for decision\-making
Manage documentation processes, including version control, approval workflows, and distribution
Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating where needed
Support consultation processes by designing tools, collecting inputs, and synthesising feedback
Ensure rigorous follow\-up on all actions, maintaining momentum across the project lifecycle
Profil du candidat
8\-10 years of experience in project management within international, development, or global health environments
Strong experience managing complex, multi\-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines
Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including donors, multilateral organisations, and private sector actors
Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information
Outstanding drafting skills in English, including presentations, briefing notes, and reports
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Experience working within international organisations or similar environments is highly desirable
