Project Manager Measurement & Work Preparation (80–100%)Industrial sheet metal processing is a central component of modern construction and metal solutions. The task is to manufacture functional and high-quality sheet metal components efficiently and precisely. Our brand stands for a wide range of frames, window sills and parapet sills, substructure systems, and individually manufactured sheet metal solutions from our own Swiss production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for work preparation.Work location: Willisau and JegenstorfYour tasks- Taking measurements of construction and sheet metal components on construction sites (throughout Switzerland)- Creation of production documents and technical drawings (incl. CAD) and coordination with back office / order processing- Ensuring a smooth transition from measurement to planning- Participation in the further development of work preparation processes and standardsYour profile- Basic technical training, ideally in the construction or metal construction environment- Further training in technology, planning, or work preparation- Experience in work preparation or project execution- Good written and spoken French skills for professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal contacts- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland for measurements, project meetings, and technical clarifications on site- CAD skills, ideally TopSolid, are an advantage- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a teamWe offer- Varied and responsible activity with an interface function- Collaboration in an established company- Short decision-making paths and a collegial working environment- Opportunity to actively shape processes- Development prospects in a growing companyInterested?
