The Vaud Canton University of Teacher Education provides professional training for teachers at all levels of schooling. It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education. It offers continuing and advanced training, as well as a range of services, intended for all education professionals.
We are advertising the position of
Project Manager of the Infrastructure Unit (ref. 474)
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
Work rate: 80%
Contract duration: permanent contract
Salary level: class 9 of the RSRC of the State of Vaud
Your main activities consist of coordinating cross-functional projects related to real estate infrastructure and user services at HEP Vaud. In collaboration with the head of the Infrastructure Unit, you contribute to the definition, organisation and monitoring of projects, ensuring their coherence with institutional priorities and available resources.
You ensure coordination of the various internal and external partners, lead steering meetings, ensure the flow of information and prepare reporting and decision-support elements for decision-making bodies. You also support the units concerned during implementation and change phases.
You participate in the strategic planning of infrastructures by conducting analyses and syntheses to anticipate the institution’s needs. Finally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Unit’s services by proposing optimisations of processes and monitoring tools.
These activities take place within the Infrastructure Unit.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a field relevant to the role, ideally accompanied by training in project management. You have proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, ideally in the field of infrastructure, general services or within a public institution.
With excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, you master project management methods and tools and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders. You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and a strong collaborative spirit. A good knowledge of public administration functioning is an asset.
