Our client is a major player in building technologies and security infrastructure in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Security Project Manager specialised in access control systems, video surveillance and electronic security. As a Security Project Manager, you will ensure the overall management of projects and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description- Complete management of security projects: planning, budget, coordination and operational follow-up
- Management of projects related to access control systems, video surveillance and electronic security
- Coordination of technical teams, partners and suppliers
- Interface between commercial, technical, financial, logistical teams and clients
- Monitoring installations and supporting commissioning phases
- Leading project meetings and progress reporting
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Managing client relationships throughout the project
- Technical training ideally complemented by project management training
- Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in managing technical projects
- Experience in the field of security / electronic security essential
- Good understanding of access control and video surveillance systems
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Client-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- IPMA certification or equivalent: a real asset
- Fluent French, English appreciated
