Job Description: As the Agency Manager in Geneva, you will develop within a growing company, in a friendly work environment, and engage in diverse and motivating projects. Your tasks will include: Understanding client needs within the framework of global industrial projects and providing concrete and personalized solutions while respecting regulatory constraints. Leading the project by organizing, coordinating, and engaging the project team while ensuring good communication with the Project Owner and the various stakeholders in the project. Ensuring the quality of delivered outputs and compliance with internal standards, regulatory frameworks, and specific requirements from the Project Owner. Managing and anticipating project risks and uncertainties. Monitoring project profitability. You will be able to further develop your skills by participating in projects and through mobility within the group, depending on opportunities. Profile we are looking for: You hold a Master's degree in engineering and have 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for studies and/or works on complex pharmaceutical industrial projects (greenfield/revamping). You therefore master the pharmaceutical context, and you are also able to discuss TCE. You are mobile in Switzerland, with occasional travel expected to client sites.
