We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned company specialising in locksmithing, metal construction and bespoke works, a: Project Manager Locksmithing (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Project studies and preparation

Analyse technical files and architects' plans

Carry out measurements and feasibility studies

Prepare quotes and participate in project costing

Prepare manufacturing files and execution plans in collaboration with the technical office

Participate in tenders and technical negotiations

• Project management

Plan the different phases of manufacturing and installation

Organise and coordinate production teams, assembly teams and subcontractors

Ensure financial monitoring of projects and budget compliance

Guarantee respect for deadlines, quality and contractual requirements

Participate in site meetings and liaise with architects, site managers and clients

• Site supervision

Supervise the smooth running of works until handover

Anticipate technical issues and propose appropriate solutions

Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations

Manage administrative follow-up of projects and any additional work

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as metal constructor, metal draftsman-constructor or equivalent training
• Additional training as Project Manager, ES Technician, Federal Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in project management in locksmithing or metal construction
• Good knowledge of plan reading and metal manufacturing processes
• Comfortable with IT tools and design software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent, an advantage)
• Organisational skills, autonomy and excellent coordination abilities
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
