You will lead complex international GIS and substation projects from handover through engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and delivery.

Tasks

• Lead complex international projects through the entire lifecycle, from handover to delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain and service
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives and guide the team through change
• Manage commercial aspects including contracts, claims, forecasting and financial performance
• Support continuous improvement and mentoring within the organization

Profile

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field
• Several years of experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment
• Experience within GIS, substations, power transmission or energy infrastructure is valued
• Business and financial acumen managing budgets, schedules, risks and contracts
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in multicultural project environments
• Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential
• Fluent in English
