Your missions

• Independent management and leadership of electrical installation projects in the fields of housing, administrative, commercial, industrial and public buildings
• Study, design and planning of high and low voltage installations as well as building automation systems
• Development of technical concepts, cost estimates, specifications, tenders and project documents
• Technical coordination with clients, architects, engineering offices, authorities and contractors
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and quality throughout all project phases
• Supervision and coordination of draftsmen, planners and junior project managers
• Conducting site inspections, commissioning and acceptance of installations
• Advising clients in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainability and modern building technologies
• Developing and maintaining client relationships as well as participating in the acquisition of new mandates
• Contributing to the development of the company’s activities in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland

Your profile

• Completed training as a project manager in electricity, installation and safety (BPEL) or project manager in electricity, planning (BPPL)
• Additional training as a certified expert in electrical installation and safety (HFPEL) or certified expert in electrical planning (HFPPL) is an advantage, or willingness to undertake it
• You have excellent written and spoken knowledge of German and French
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, meticulous and precise working method
• Strong sense of quality and excellent team spirit
• Category B driving licence
• Mandatory condition: Swiss nationality or valid C residence permit (permit C)
• You are communicative, autonomous and have experience in project management

Work location and development prospects

• Our main office is currently located in German-speaking Switzerland. For candidates residing in French-speaking Switzerland, we offer a flexible solution during a transitional phase
• Possibility to combine teleworking and regular presence at the main office. Flexible organisation of working hours and travel according to needs. In the medium term, possibility to actively participate in the creation and development of a second office in French-speaking Switzerland, or even to take responsibility for it

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Leitung und Bearbeitung von anspruchsvollen Elektroplanungsprojekten in den Bereichen Wohnungsbau, Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentlichen Bauten
• Planung und Projektierung von Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen sowie Gebäudeautomationssystemen
• Erstellung von Konzepten, Ausschreibungen, Kostenschätzungen und technischen Dokumentationen
• Fachliche Koordination mit Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplanern, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmern
• Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität während sämtlicher Projektphasen
• Führung und Koordination des Planungsteams sowie Unterstützung von Zeichnern und Junior-Projektleitern
• Durchführung von Baustellenkontrollen, Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
• Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und moderne Gebäudetechnik
• Akquisition und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
• Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer Aktivitäten in der Deutschschweiz und der Westschweiz

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroprojektleiter/in Installation und Sicherheit (BPEL) oder Elektroprojektleiter/in Planung (BPPL)
• Zusatzausbildung als dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte/-expertin (HFPEL) oder dipl. Elektroplanungsexperte/-expertin (HFPPL) von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Führerausweis Kategorie B
• Zwingende Voraussetzung: Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft oder gültige Niederlassungsbewilligung C (Ausweis C).
• Sie sind kommunikativ, selbstständig und haben Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
