Our infrastructure is both historic and constantly evolving.Your mission: assume responsibilities as a representative of the project owner by being fully involved in the development and implementation of engineering projects.Specifically, you:- Independently manage rehabilitation, maintenance, or complete renewal projects for railway infrastructure, particularly in the field of bridges, tunnels, galleries, retaining walls, and protection structures against natural hazards.- Direct and coordinate private firms and contractors as well as specialists from various internal MOB departments.- Actively participate in the design and studies of structures; draft technical documents and prepare plan files.- Develop the financial planning of the projects entrusted to you; estimate costs and demonstrate profitability.- Lead the various phases of the project, from preliminary studies to the execution of works and commissioning of structures, while respecting the objectives set in terms of costs, quality, deadlines, and safety, by identifying and managing risks, and by complying with public infrastructure construction processes.- Identify and interact with stakeholders with the aim of ensuring their support.Your impact is direct on the safety, performance, and sustainability of the network.What you will find at MOB- A company of human scale, where management remains close to the field- A culture of respect and professional loyalty- A strong regional anchoring- An exceptional working environment between lake and mountains- A structured organization, with clear benchmarks- A developing company, open to continuous trainingHere, nothing is set in stone.
