What will your main activities be? - Management of C&I Projects - Lead photovoltaic projects from sales to commissioning - Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and provide regular reporting - Coordinate external stakeholders (clients, network managers, authorities, funding organizations) - Technical Support & Pre-Sales - Provide technical support to the sales team - Participate in site visits and the definition of technical solutions & field follow-up - Plan, organize, and monitor internal teams and subcontractors - Ensure site supervision, receptions, and compliance (standards, safety, & client) - Maintain smooth communication with clients, partners, and internal teams - Contribute to client relations throughout the project - Monitoring & Financial - Ensure the monitoring and financial management of projects - Control costs, coordinate and ensure closure of projects What do you need? - Technical skills (HES/ES engineer or equivalent) in electricity, energy, or a related field - Experience in B2B project management, ideally in photovoltaics or a similar technical environment - Good knowledge of the Swiss market, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities and face unforeseen events - Solution-oriented approach, quality sense, and client focus What we offer you - A position based in Solothurn or Crissier, with occasional travel - A key role in C&I projects contributing to the energy transition - A varied activity combining technical, project management, and client relations - A dynamic environment within a rapidly growing company - Modern working conditions and possibilities for development - A salary according to your experience If you identify with this profile, do not hesitate and apply now to join the Younergy adventure! jid9594ff9aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
