Project Manager - Exterior Joinery As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete follow-up of your projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with management and the department while supervising the different stages of the project. A true key player within the company, your role will cover all phases, from design to project completion, while ensuring constant communication with management and teams. Main tasks: Project Management: You will ensure the overall management of each project, guaranteeing its smooth progress while respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Preparation of Execution Plans: You will prepare the technical plans necessary for the proper implementation of projects, ensuring their accuracy and conformity with client requirements. Ordering and Managing Supplies: You will be responsible for ordering the materials necessary for the projects and managing suppliers. You will ensure their availability within deadlines. Site Interventions: You will plan interventions on-site, coordinating the different working teams and ensuring the proper allocation of resources necessary for each task. Financial Monitoring and Budget Compliance: You will ensure compliance with the budgets allocated to each project by monitoring expenses and making adjustments if necessary. You will also prepare final accounts. Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction: You will ensure that each project meets quality standards and that the final result fully satisfies the client, who remains the priority. Profile: You already have a successful first experience as a Project Manager, holding a degree in building technology or a qualification deemed equivalent in joinery, and have strong knowledge of windows. Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing software is required. Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel). You are proactive, dynamic, and resilient under stress.
