Your tasks: - Contribute to the development of the project portfolio of the department - Understand, apply, and take ownership of the processes of our various clients - Simultaneously manage several projects with different levels of complexity and progress - Ensure representation as a Representative of the Project Owner, Project Manager of the Project Owner, General, Project General Management, etc. - Guarantee the quality and profitability of projects - Manage all SIA phases of project management (studies, requests for proposals, execution monitoring, project closure) - Ensure project reporting to the Project Owner (costs, deadlines, quality, and present the interests of the project owner) Your profile: - Degree in engineering or architecture (University/HES or equivalent) - 10 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position - Knowledge of SIA standards - Proven experience in project management in separate trades - Perfect mastery of French - Very good knowledge of English and German (minimum B2 level) - Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office Suite) - Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli) - Excellent analytical and synthesis skills - Independent, flexible, rigorous, with a good team spirit and support mentality - Very good communicator with a strong sense of analysis and listening to needs Ready to join us?
