Description

La Foncière is a Swiss law real estate investment fund, established in Lausanne in 1954 and managed by Investissements Fonciers SA (IFSA). It consistently charts its course at the intersection of two worlds: real estate and financial investments.

It offers housing and commercial spaces to some, investment returns to others, with sustained success to become the reference real estate fund.
