Join the team of the Organization & Digital department within the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous, and Equitable bank.As a Project manager - Business analyst, you will operate in a balance between project management and business analysis on transformation projects related to banking products and services (loans, investments, payments, daily services), as well as regulatory topics. You are responsible for the overall success of projects, from scoping to production, with a high level of demand regarding the quality of deliverables and business impact.MissionsProject manager:- Manage projects from end to end according to the internal methodology.- Structure governance and lead steering committees in connection with sponsors and General Management.- Make necessary trade-offs and ensure alignment between business, IT, and regulatory stakes.- Coordinate all stakeholders.- Develop solid business cases (ROI, cost/benefit analysis).- Ensure clear and structured reporting.- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones with rigor.Business Analyst:- Analyze and document existing processes (AS IS) via structured approaches (BPMN, swimlanes).- Identify inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements with a performance logic.- Design target scenarios (TO BE) and formalize functional requirements.- Write functional specifications for IT teams and partners.- Contribute to testing phases (SIT, UAT) and coordinate the production rollout.- Lead change management (processes).- Ensure post-deployment follow-up: business support, performance monitoring, and integration of regulatory constraints.Profile- Higher education degree in management, finance, or equivalent.- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis in the banking or financial sector.- Mastery of at least one of the following domains: Financing (mortgage, Lombard, corporate), Investments and Wealth Management, Client Life Cycle and CRM, Payments.- Proven experience in direct production of functional analysis deliverables without external support.- Mastery of methodologies and process modeling (BPMN / swimlanes).- Good understanding of IT environments and ability to interact with technical teams.- Knowledge of a BPM/workflow tool (Appway is an asset).- Ability to build business cases.- Sensitivity to regulatory issues and ability to navigate complex environments with assertiveness and diplomacy at all levels (management, business, IT).- Analytical mind, critical sense, and synthesis capability.- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.Conditions of employment- Activity rate: 100%- Type of contract: Permanent- Workplace: Geneva- Start date: As soon as possibleWant to know more about the BCGE as an employer?Consult our Careers page. jid05573d6aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
