GIRANI & PERRILLAT Direction des Travaux-Architectes Sàrl, a company recognised for its expertise in Project Management, coordination, Client Assistance and construction economics, is looking for a Project Manager Architect at 100%. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality are respected until project completion
• Work closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure administrative and technical follow-up of projects
• Prepare measurements and bids
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and local regulations
• Participate in site meetings and write minutes
• Manage unforeseen events and propose suitable solutions

Qualifications

• HES, EPF diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), Autocad, MSProject and Messerli (an advantage)
• Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and priority management
• Team spirit, stress resistance and adaptability
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
