Project Manager: 80-100%

Application Platform Coordinator

Main activities:

  • Ensure the management of ERP and business software implementation projects in complex environments, from planning to deployment, guaranteeing a smooth transition to operational use.
  • Coordinate technical and functional teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities for each.
  • Strictly follow established methodologies, budgetary and time constraints, while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead steering committees, ensure governance, and maintain a high level of formalisation.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in the implementation of solutions by managing the functional configurations of applications.
  • Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and anticipate reporting needs.
  • Provide functional support and post-deployment follow-up, analyse and resolve complex incidents for operational applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and functionalities.
  • Participate in technological monitoring and strategic evolution of solutions by proposing improvements adapted to business needs.
  • Organise and plan operational activities with stakeholders for solutions hosted internally or in the cloud, ensuring proper execution of changes.
  • Supervise testing and validation phases to guarantee deliverable compliance.
  • Write and maintain documentation or manuals intended for users.

Main desired qualifications:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, implementation, and administration of complex business applications, ideally in the ERP domain.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, logistics, human resources).
  • Expertise and strong interest in opportunities brought by digitalisation.
  • Ability to collaborate in environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening ability, and service mindset to support change.
  • Experience in the health sector or public administration is a plus.
