SIEN213 Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (Project Manager) SIEN213 Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN) The SIEN is responsible for its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social services, and the parapublic sector). It defines with its partners, studies needs, proposes global concepts, and ensures a set of services for all public entities in Neuchâtel. Missions You are responsible for managing requests for changes and projects. In this capacity, you coordinate the activities of multidisciplinary teams, supervise their work, and ensure compliance with requirements, deadlines, and budgets while contributing to management standards. On a daily basis, you plan and structure the various phases of actions, notably through drafting management plans and concepts. You ensure follow-up at every stage, anticipating risks and uncertainties. At the heart of exchanges, you facilitate communication between all stakeholders, both internal and external, and guarantee controlled budget management. Finally, you accompany projects until they go live and ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge to the teams. Profile Holder of a degree from a higher education institution (EPFL, University, HEG, HES) in systems X, you have at least three years of experience in a role requiring strong knowledge in project management, ideally complemented by certifications (PMI, IPMA X), allowing you to navigate easily in the simultaneous management of several projects of varying sizes and fields. Comfortable in communication, you stand out for your skills as well as the quality of your interactions, both written and oral. With a good analytical and synthetic mindset, you demonstrate a keen sense of priorities and are able to manage them with precision, autonomy, and a sense of confidentiality characteristic of your approach. You are also at ease with the publisher's tools (Jira, Confluence). Finally, knowledge of the public sector is an asset.
