It designs, manages, and evolves the system X, and plays a key role in the development of innovative digital products serving hospital performance and quality of care. In this capacity, it contributes in particular to:- Improving the patient journey before, during, and after hospital flows;- Supporting healthcare professionals through adapted tools reducing the research and clinical burden, particularly through artificial intelligence;- Positioning the HUG as a major player in digital health.The DTN-IA operates a large-scale technological environment, including more than workstations, servers, and more than 500 applications accessible continuously (24/7). It meets the digital needs of more than and as well as several institutions.Hospital particularity: the DTN-IA develops, according to ISO certified processes, an integrated file at the forefront of the sector. Its scope includes biomedical equipment and specialized software for medical services. The DTN-IA is also at the service of the hospital's administration. In this context, and like a city within a city, the HUG operate complex logistical and financial processes, managed via an ERP at the heart of the institution.Committed to a dynamic of excellence, and partners of and research, the DTN-IA supports daily activities while building the hospital of tomorrow, relying on the best technologies and the most demanding standards.Project Management Officer (PMO) at the Directorate of Digital and Augmented Intelligence - 80% to 100%In a context of development, the DTN-IA is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO), member of its management committee, and deputy to the Directorate of the DTN-IA.In this position, you play a central role in the governance and management of the digital project portfolio as well as in the monitoring of the investment budget within the framework of five-year investment plans. You thus coordinate the prioritization of projects in connection with the roadmaps of digital products in consultation with the governance bodies.From a global management perspective, it involves developing a consolidated vision of the project portfolio in order to support the control of institutional commitments, optimize resources, and facilitate arbitration. This approach implies aligning requests with institutional priorities, available resources, and the actual delivery capacity of the teams, in order to guarantee a portfolio that is both sustainable and realistic.In this context, the function also includes the monitoring and reporting of the HUG investment budget, under the responsibility of the Administrative and Financial Manager of the directorate, ensuring its alignment with institutional processes and governance bodies.Regarding the plan, the role consists of ensuring the global management of a portfolio of approximately 150 projects per year, by guaranteeing rigorous monitoring of the schedule, progress, budgets, and risks. This includes supporting project managers in their daily management as well as the creation and updating of dashboards intended for the HUG Management Committee and the DTN-IA. Particular attention is paid to the identification of risks, their mitigation, and the implementation of adapted corrective measures. The direct management of certain projects can also be ensured according to the needs of the mission.The mission is part of a governance and continuous improvement approach, aiming to structure and evolve practices. This translates into the implementation and deployment of standards, methodologies, and project management tools, as well as the monitoring and development of the skills of project managers. This function is exercised in close collaboration with all the services of the DTN-IA, while actively participating in the community of PMOs in order to strengthen the synergy and coherence between the different parties.You are in possession of a university degree at Master level minimum in the management of information systems. You benefit from an experience of at least 10 years in project management. A confirmed experience in project portfolio management, in a PMO function, or in a transverse management function constitutes a major asset.You have a developed sense of organization, rigor in monitoring files, and a spirit of synthesis. In addition, you have good interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
